Uninterruptible power supply for Wi-Fi routers, subscriber terminals (PON), access points, Mesh systems, switches, IP cameras, etc.
The device uses an external battery, which is not included in the kit.
The battery can be purchased additionally:
EverExceed 12V 12Ah LiFePO4 battery - 2499 UAH
UPS testing
The tests were conducted on the following equipment:
- TP-Link EC220 or TP-Link Archer C64 router, with characteristics 12V, 1A
- NG XPON ONU G108 1G optical terminal, with characteristics 12V, 1A
- EverExceed 12V 12Ah LiFePO4 battery
Result:
UPS + 12A battery + Wi-Fi - 24 hours
UPS + 12A battery + Wi-Fi + Optical terminal - 12 hours
Battery charge rate to 100% from 2.5 to 5 hours, depending on the UPS settings.
When using other batteries, optical terminals, Wi-Fi routers, the battery life may vary.
At very low load, the device may make a quiet but noticeable noise, which is normal operation of the device.
There are two 5.5x2.1mm connectors for connecting the load. Full power (6.8A) is available from both one connector and two in parallel.
To the right of the connectors is the maximum charge current switch - you can choose to limit to 2.5A or 5A.
In the 5A position, the maximum output power will be lower - up to 3A (36W).
It is recommended to use LiFePO4 batteries 12.8V from 7A to 60A.
📌 1. General safety requirements
Connect the battery and cables without connecting the UPS to the power supply.
Do not touch bare conductors under voltage - this may lead to electric shock.
Use only high-quality, undamaged cables to connect the battery and loads.
Ensure reliable contact at the battery terminals, do not mix up the polarity: plus → plus (red), minus → minus (black). Otherwise, the device may be damaged or catch fire.
Use batteries with a built-in BMS (Battery Management System) - it protects the battery from overdischarge, overvoltage, overheating and short circuit.
It is forbidden to connect batteries without BMS or homemade batteries
The ambient temperature must be within 0 °C to +60 °C, without condensation or moisture.
Do not install the UPS and batteries in places with high humidity or dust, near heat sources or open flames, and near flammable materials.
Ensure sufficient ventilation around the UPS - batteries and electronics heat up under load.
Install the UPS in a safe place - on a flat, hard surface, inaccessible to children or animals.
Periodically check the condition of the battery:
for visual damage;
for secure mounting and wiring.
Do not short-circuit the battery terminals - this can cause sparking or fire.
If the battery is not used for a long time, store it partially charged (50-90% recommended)
🚫 Prohibited
Use the UPS with batteries whose voltage or characteristics do not meet the device requirements stated on the manufacturer's website.
