How to understand whether this UPS can power your devices?
You need to look at the voltage and current either on the device you plan to connect, say a Wi-Fi router, or on its power supply. For example, 12V and 0.5A is 6W (12*0.5) power. Thus, we sum up all the powers of the devices that we plan to connect to the UPS. It is worth noting that the higher the power, the faster the UPS will discharge
Each DC connector of the UPS has an output of 12V 1.5A, i.e. 18W of power. The total power of the UPS is 35W.
If you connect more powerful devices, they may not work correctly or reboot periodically.
UPS Testing
The tests were conducted on the following equipment:
- TP-Link EC220 or TP-Link Archer C64 router, with characteristics 12V, 1A
- NG XPON ONU G108 1G optical terminal, with characteristics 12V, 1A
Result:
UPS + Wi-Fi - 5-8 hours
UPS + Wi-Fi + Optical terminal - 4-5 hours
Battery charge speed to 100% from 2.5 to 5 hours, depending on the load (devices connected to it).
When using other optical terminals, Wi-Fi routers, the battery life may vary.
